How to use

Essential oils can be applied in different ways:
- Direct inhalation: smell the essential oil bottle directly to benefit from its psycho-aromatic properties.
- Indirect inhalation: pour a few drops of essential oil into an aroma diffuser.
- Application on the skin: ALWAYS diluted in a vegetable oil, never apply essential oil directly to the skin. Apply a few drops of the essential oil synergy diluted in the essential oil to the skin and gently massage. The concentration of essential oil in vegetable oil may vary depending on the skin type and area of the body where it is applied.

Warnings

Phototoxic: avoid direct sunlight exposure to the skin for a few hours after application. Keep in a closed dark container and store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Avoid contact with eyes. If it occurs, apply vegetable oil on a gauze or cotton cloth and remove the essential oil or blend immediately. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Do not ingest.
