Welcome to Mũla, the organic natural cosmetics brand handmade in Catalonia.

Mũla is a natural and vegan supracosmetics project that proposes a conscious evolution of traditional artisan cosmetics. The brand operates with a circular, regenerative, and responsible approach, placing people, ecosystems, and resources at the center of the creative and productive process.

Its formulations are based on plant-based, ethical, and upcycled ingredients, recovered from surpluses and by-products of the food industry and transformed through safe and respectful processes for cosmetic use.

Mũla does not see sustainability as a trend, but as a way of designing, formulating, and consuming, extending the useful life of resources and fostering a slower, more conscious, and respectful relationship with personal care.

The project combines cosmetic craftsmanship, science, and botanical culture to create effective, sensorial, and coherent products that align with a true circular economy, seeking to reduce impacts and return value to the environment from which it draws sustenance.

Mission

At Mũla, we formulate natural, vegan, and upcycled cosmetic products for those who don't want to choose between taking care of themselves and taking care of the planet.

We teach a new way of life through "supracosmetics": ethical, circular, and regenerative.

We turn waste into resources and everyday self-care into an action with a positive impact.

Our mission: to extend the life of this planet and build a fairer and more sustainable path.

Who is behind Mũla?

  • Laura Flores

Laura has a PhD in Environmental Engineering, but above all, she is a person who firmly believes in taking care of what we have: the water, the land, and the planet we leave to those who will come after us. For years, she hasn't been able to stop thinking about how the pace of life we lead is taking its toll on us and the world around us. That's why, through cosmetics, she wants to do her part and, above all, invite you to join in: together we can build a fairer and more sustainable path, for the present and for the generations to come.

  • Eduard Valls

Edu is an engineer by training and an illustrator by profession. He has dedicated a large part of his career to illustrating board games, although he always finds an excuse to get lost in the mountains. He shares Laura's conviction that small gestures also count and that each person can contribute to changing things in their daily life. At Mũla, he brings the brand's creative universe to life and has become the team's most demanding tester: if a product is not simple, practical, and truly effective, it goes back to the drawing board.
