How to use

Essential oils can be applied in different ways:
- direct inhalation: smell the essential oil bottle directly to benefit from its psycho-aromatic properties.
- indirect inhalation: pour a few drops of essential oil into an aroma diffuser.
- topical application: ALWAYS diluted in a vegetable oil; never apply essential oil directly to the skin. The concentration of essential oil in vegetable oil may vary depending on the skin type and body area where it is applied.
